Charleston County Announces In-Person Absentee Voting Locations
In October, the Charleston County Board of Elections and Voter Registration will open four in-person satellite voting locations. Citizens will also be able to return completed mail-in absentee ballots to election officials at the satellite locations list below.

Please note the starting dates for each location below:
- North Charleston Coliseum
- Stadium, Box Office Entrance at 5001 Coliseum Drive, North Charleston, 29418
- October 5th – November 2nd
- Seacoast Church Mt. Pleasant
- 750 Long Point Rd., 29464
- October 19th – November 2nd
- Seacoast Church West Ashley
- 2049 Savannah Hwy., Charleston, 29407
- October 19th – November 2nd
- Main Library Downtown
- 68 Calhoun St., Charleston, SC 29401
- October 19th – November 2nd
The locations will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. In addition, they will be open on Saturday, October 24th and Saturday, October 31st from 9 am to 1 pm.

Important Dates
October 2nd: Last day to register to vote in-person at the Charleston County Board of Elections, 4367 Headquarters Rd, Charleston, 29405.
October 4th: Last day to register to vote online at scvotes.gov. Deadline is 11:59 pm
October 5th: Mail-in voter registration must be postmarked.
October 24th: Mail-in applications for absentee ballots must be returned to Board of Elections (not post-marked, returned by mail). This also includes emailed, and faxed absentee ballot applications.
October 30th: Last day to drop off a mail-in absentee ballot application to the Board of Elections, 4367 Headquarters Rd, Charleston, 29405.
November 2nd: Last day to vote absentee in-person and drop off completed mail-in absentee ballots at a satellite location
November 3: Election Day – all mail-in absentee ballots must be returned by 7 pm in order to be counted.

The hours are listed in the post – “The locations will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. In addition, they will be open on Saturday, October 24th and Saturday, October 31st from 9 am to 1 pm.”
