Eat, Drink & Be Merry with The Original Pub Tour of Charleston’s Holiday Pub Crawl

Starting Friday, November 27th, The Original Pub Tours of Charleston will launch the 12th year of their popular Holiday Pub Crawl. The Holiday Pub Crawl will take groups on a walking tour through downtown Charleston to celebrate local food, flavor, and fun while raising money for MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital.

Guests will be escorted by a licensed tour guide to several pubs and taverns while learning the stories and legends of Charleston’s unique culture and holiday history. They will enjoy complimentary appetizers and local holiday treats as they sip on beverages.

“This is one of our favorite tours of the year,” Becca Lesesne, Owner of The Original Pub Tours of Charleston, said. “Both visitors and locals are spellbound by the lights and decorations throughout the city. And they’re always amazed to hear about the origins of some of Charleston’s holiday traditions.”

The Holiday Pub Crawls begin at 1 pm, 4 pm, and 7 pm daily from Friday, November 27th, 2020, through Thursday, January 10th, 2021. They depart from Tommy Condon’s Irish Pub at 160 Church Street. Reservations are required and tickets are $38 per person with a portion going to help MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital.

The Original Pub Tours of Charleston says they have “implemented rigorous safety measures to promote a safe environment across all lines of business.” They ask that customers take the necessary precautions of wearing masks and washing hands, as well as practicing social distancing while attending a tour.
