Bistronomy By Nico to Open On November 20th
Bistronomy by Nico, a new concept from Dominic Chantepie (of Bistro a Vin) and Nico Romo (of NICO) is set to open next week. After a month of refreshing the old Josephine Wine Bar on Spring Street, the new restaurant will open their doors on Friday, November 20th, 2020.
Reservations will be required as seating is limited. COVID precautions are being taken and patrons will need to wear a mask when entering the building and when not seated at their table.
“After a few minor renovations we are happy to be welcoming guests into our new space,” Romo said. “Bistronomy offers an innovative and diverse menu, while paying homage to classic French dishes.”
