After 28 Years, Fulton Five Shutters; Space Purchased by 167 Raw
Another longstanding downtown restaurant has closed. According to the Post & Courier, Fulton Five, which had been serving the community since 1992, has closed for good.
The report also states that the space has been purchased by the team behind 167 Raw, who plan to turn it into a “Mediterranean cocktail bar.”
The news comes a week after Blossom, which had been serving Lowcountry-inspired cuisine on East Bay Street since 1993, announced their closure.
Fulton Five was located at 5 Fulton Street. To read the full report from the Post & Courier, click here.
