The Restoration Hotel Announces New Year’s Plans at The Watch
The Watch at The Restoration Hotel is hosting an all-day New Year’s Eve celebration inspired by their favorite cities around the world: Melbourne, Paris, Bangkok and Santiago. Guests can sip through the globe with handcrafted cocktails created by beverage director Darren Fallon.The menu will feature:
- The Mrs. Fitzgerald made with Gin, Absinthe, Lemon, Strawberry
- Tom Yum Siam made with Lemongrass Infused Vodka, Lychee Syrup, Ground Chili, Lime
- Wentworth 75 made with Gin, Pimms, Rosemary Syrup, Lemon, Sparkling
- Santiago Daiquiri made with Rum, Luxardo, Lemon, Grenadine Syrup.
Guests can also kick off the first weekend of 2021 with brunch at The Watch. From January 1st to the 3rd, The Watch will be offering a special brunch menu from 8 am to 3 pm. Reservations are available online HERE or by calling 843-518-5115.
