Local Chick-Fil-A Manager Assists Mt. Pleasant with COVID Vaccine Drive-Thru

Many people have joked that the coronavirus vaccine rollout would be running much smoother if fast food restaurant Chick-fil-A was put in charge. On Friday, that idea may have gained some traction.

According to Mount Pleasant Mayor Will Haynie’s Twitter account, Jerry Walkowiak, a local Chick-fil-A manager, assisted the town with their vaccination drive thru clinic.

“When you need help, call the pros,” Haynie wrote on his Twitter account.
