Beach Commercial Leases Premier King Street Office Space
Beach Commercial, Charleston’s oldest locally owned commercial real estate firm and the full-service commercial division of The Beach Company, announced today the leasing of office space at 211 King St. Suite 300 in downtown Charleston to Charleston’s oldest law firm, Barnwell Whaley Patterson & Helms, LLC.
“Ideally located in downtown Charleston’s most walkable neighborhood, the King Street office space offers first-rate views of the historic street as well as convenient access to the city’s busiest commercial district,” said Edward G. Robinson of Beach Commercial.
Robinson represented the landlord, Majestic Square LLC, in the lease of 16,933 square feet of office space to Barnwell Whaley Patterson & Helms, LLC.

The office space’s former tenant, The Beach Company, recently moved its Charleston headquarters to the premier office space at The Jasper, a luxury mixed-use building located in Charleston’s iconic Harleston Village neighborhood.
