Wild Common Announces Schedule of Spring Events
Led by Executive Chef Orlando Pagán and Executive Sous Chef Zach Kimmel, Wild Common recently launched a new weekly cooking class series on Wednesdays at 6 pm and 7:30 pm. These intimate, eight-person classes are designed to give guests an insider’s look at Wild Common’s culinary tricks of the trade for a fun and informative evening.
Each cooking class begins in the courtyard with champagne and canapés, followed by a four-course tasting menu with wine pairings at the Chef’s Counter as the chefs demonstrate some of their favorite techniques, and finishes with after dinner drinks and dessert.
Later in March, Wild Common will host a collaboration dinner with Nikko Calaganan of the popular Filipino concept Mansueta’s, the first in a series of upcoming Chef’s Collaboration Dinners planned for the restaurant.
