Free Community Fitness Event Being Held Sunday on the Future Lowcountry Lowline Site
Mad Park, a health and wellness nonprofit organization, is popping up this Sunday (March 21st) at the future location of the Lowcountry Lowline starting at 11 am. Resident are invited to attend and take part in a free community workout and mindful stretch.
The Friends of the Lowcountry Lowline will be talking about the future project and Oasis Charleston will provide free snacks and juices.
Mad Park’s mission is built on helping bring fitness and nutrition awareness to the community, while the Lowline’s aims to promote all types of activities and movement in the future park space.
The event will be held at 652 King Street – behind The Daily and Neon Tiger complex. Parking is underneath the overpass in the adjacent space.
