OwlBear Cafe Opening Soon In Mount Pleasant

New Breakfast & Lunch Eatery Offering Up Food, Drink, & Board Games

Hey Mt. Pleasant, soon Sarah and Marshall will be welcoming guests at their brand new venture, OwlBear Cafe located at 1964 Riviera Dr. Suite J in the Shops at Seaside Farms near Rifle Range Road & the IOP Connector. The two have a passion for three things, good drinks, great food, and playing board games, and they hope you’ll join them soon when they throw open their doors sometime in April.

Sarah and Marshall told me they’d pretty much be open for breakfast and lunch from early morning until early evening. While they have no plans to secure a liquor license they will be serving up beer and wine to accompany standard breakfast fare, sandwiches, and more. Their website which may still need some additions regarding the menu, declares they will offer dozens and dozens of board games for those who are bored of technology, and looking for something different to do.

For baby boomers they’re not just talking about retro era games like Scrabble, checkers, chess, Mystery Date, Trouble, Mouse Trap, Uno, and Monopoly, but a cornucopia of games including Apples To Apples, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, Parcheesi Royal Edition, Game of Thrones the Board Game, and Scrabble Beatles Edition. Maybe you’re just in search of a light bite with less distractions. Consider putting OwlBear Cafe on your short todo list.
