Redux Presents Summer Camps
Registration is now open for Redux Contemporary Art Center’s 2021 Summer Kids Camp and Youth Summer Programs.
Through weekly themes or media focus, campers will immerse themselves creatively in using a variety of artistic styles and activities. Each session is led by experienced teaching artists and art teachers to provide expertise in a safe and engaging environment.
During these camps, children, youth, and teens will experiment with painting, sculpture, collage, and even create masterpieces with a variety of techniques and stylistic inspirations. Themes throughout the summer include 2D and 3D Art, Skill-Building, Imaginary Worlds, Polymer Creations, Textiles, Modern Craft, Radical Rule-Breaking, and more.
In addition, Redux’s week of Teen sessions will be comprised of a variety of drawing media, functional sculpture using polymer clay, and screen printing. At the end of this week-long camp, teens will go home with a new portfolio of their creations, new skills, and experience.
