Woodlands Nature Reserve Launching Woodlands Beach Daze
The Woodlands Nature Reserve announced a new series, Woodlands Beach Daze, a lakeside event featuring a line-up of local musicians, artists, food trucks, Edmund’s Oast Brewing Company beers, and more.
The series kicks off this Saturday with the Sunset Latin Party featuring music from DJ FL!P. Attendees can watch the sunset and enjoy food and beer while listening to upbeat Latin tunes.
Gates open at 7 pm and music starts at 8 pm. Sunset over the lake takes place around 8:30 pm. Guests can bring beach chairs, umbrellas, and leashed dogs. No outside food or coolers are allowed. Tickets are $5 per person if purchased online in advance or $10 per person if purchased at the gate.
Woodlands Beach Daze will continue each weekend through the summer with different acts and themes.
Kayak, SUP, and bicycle rentals are available, or you can bring your own. Woodlands Beach Daze is included in all overnight experiences.
The Woodlands Nature Reserve is a 6,000 acre private property with 11 lakes, multiple private- and public-event venues, miles of trails and tracks, and a 1,000 acre blackwater cypress swamp.
