Dorchester Road Library Temporarily Closed After Staff Member Tests Positive for COVID-19
The Charleston County Public Library (CCPL) says the Dorchester Road Library is temporarily closed after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19. The book drops/material returns at the branch are also closed during this time.Per CCPL’s response protocols, the library is being cleaned and sanitized by a certified third-party contractor. Once cleaning is complete, the branch will reopen for in-person services. The branch is anticipated to re-open tomorrow, July 16th. Summer Feeding will continue as scheduled today outside of the branch.
All employees known to have come into contact with COVID positive individual
