Hall Management Group to Host Culinary competition in support of MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital
Braggin’ Rights Bash, an annual Hall Management Group competition, returns to Halls Signature Events on Wednesday, September 15th. Halls Chophouse locations (Charleston, Nexton, Columbia, and Greenville), High Cotton, Slightly North of Broad, Rita’s Seaside Grille, and Halls Signature Events, which are owned and operated by the Hall family, will compete to determine which restaurant is the best within the group.
Eventgoers will be treated to food and cocktail tastings from each restaurant and will cast a ballot for their favorite property. This is the third year Hall Management Group has hosted the event and the first year that event proceeds will go towards MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital.
“This truly is one of our favorite events of the year,” said Tommy Hall, President and CEO of Hall Management Group. “We had to hit pause on the event last year because of the pandemic, but we took that time to think about how we could up the ante and at the same time give back to our community. MUSC’s Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital is a special place to us all and we are delighted to support them through our event.”
Hall Management Group is adding a cocktail component to the competition as well. In partnership with Sazerac, the lead bartender from each restaurant will concoct a mixed drink. The cocktail with the most votes will become a Halls Chophouse classic cocktail available on all Halls menus, including Halls Chophouse Nashville, set to open in 2022.
Tickets go on sale Wednesday, August 11th at 10 am online and over the phone, 843-242-3185. The $100 price includes food and cocktail tastings from eight Hall restaurants. Tax and gratuity are also included. A 48-hour cancellation policy will apply. Attendance is limited and sales are first come, first served.
