JL’s Southwest Brisket Burgers to Open August 18th
The burger joint will take over the former Juan Luis trailer on the Lewis Barbecue patio, where they will serve backyard-style burgers, custard desserts, and margaritas.

Menu highlights include a mesquite grilled green chile cheeseburger; wedge fries smothered in Hatch red and green chile and cheese; Hatch chile cheese hot gut sausage dogs; and Hatch chile frozen custard sundaes.
JL’s will also serve a variety of beers, as well as frozen margaritas, and non-alcoholic beverages.
JL’s Southwest Brisket Burgers will be open Monday and Sunday, from 11 am to 9 pm, and Tuesday through Saturday, 11 am to 10 pm with dine-in available on the patio and inside the restaurant and take-out available via Toast on the LewisBarbecue.com website.
