Carolina Ice Palace Hosts a Weekend of Hockey Events September 11th-12th
The Carolina Ice Palace on Tuesday announced it will host a weekend of hockey events on September 11th and 12th.
On Saturday, September 11th from 2:30 pm to 6 pm, anyone with a physical or intellectual disability is welcome to join the Hockey for Disability Inclusion event. There will also be a free event hosted from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm for those who have never played hockey before. Also on Saturday, September 11th, Carolina Ice Palace will host a Firefighters vs Police Officers Hockey Game at 5 pm with a $5 suggested donation for admission.
To close out the eventful weekend, on Sunday, September 12th, the venue will host an Open House Social with free public skating, $3 skate rentals, food and drinks, and games and activities available. There will also be information booths set up to answer any and all questions about hockey, figure skating, and even curling programs.
