Kitchen Karma is back at SOL Southwest Kitchen & Tequila Bar in Mount Pleasant and Summerville. From Wednesday, September 22nd until Sunday, October 31st, the restaurants will raise money to benefit SOS Lowcountry, an organization that supports breast cancer patients in South Carolina so they can focus solely on recovery and not the financial stress brought on by the very difficult battle.

“When we started SOL Southwest Kitchen & Tequila Bar, we wanted to make sure that one of our top priorities was giving back to our community,” said owner David Clark. “We believe strongly in the communities we serve and want to continue to support them. We are so excited to be bringing back our Kitchen Karma program to do just that. By choosing SOS Lowcountry as our non-profit, we hope to help them continue to enhance the quality of life for breast cancer patients in South Carolina.”

Through SOL’s Kitchen Karma program, $1 is donated for each purchase of select featured items during the fundraising period. The featured items for the SOS Lowcountry partnership are the Margarita Chicken Nachos, the Prickly Pear Margarita, and the Prickly Pear Lemonade.
