Palmetto City Ballet Presents “French Twist” Next Month

Palmetto City Ballet’s season opener, “French Twist,” debuts next month. The company describes it as an “exciting evening of original choreography, transporting you to a vintage Parisian jazz lounge.”

You  willmeet a cast of characters that patronize this club, as well as a bartender with a wondering eye, and a headliner with a flair for the dramatic. Experience the plight of an emerging lounge performer and see how a twist of fate can make or break a star on the rise. The stylized choreography by Artistic Director and choreographer Jonathan Tabbert melds with European jazz compositions to offer a tantalizing taste of Parisian night life and will be sure to have you dancing in your seats.
