Yappy Hour at James Island County Park’s Dog Park Returns on October 14th
Charleston County Parks’ next Yappy Hour event will take place at James Island County Park on Thursday, October 14th.
Yappy Hour will provide live music for pet owners from 5 pm to 7 pm, while their pups explore the park and enjoy its amenities. The event is held within the off-leash dog park at James Island County Park.
Music will be performed by Matt Jordan. Beer, wine, Coke products, and Dasani water will be available for purchase. ID is required for alcohol. Outside alcohol and food is prohibited.
Yappy Hour is free with admission to James Island County Park ($2 per person or free for Gold Pass holders).
Charleston County Parks encourages all dog owners to review the dog park rules as well as their suggestions for pet etiquette, or “petiquette,” before visiting Yappy Hour. If your dog is Properly Trained, this would be a great place for them to enjoy the great outdoors.
