BCLS Programs Knotty & Nice and Color Me Calm Return in November to Goose Creek Library
Berkeley County Library System’s Goose Creek Library is returning two self-instructed programs in November – Knotty & Nice and Color Me Calm.
Knotty & Nice provides a comfortable space in the Activity Room to unwind and work on any needlework projects with fellow needleworkers.
Color Me Calm gives colorists the ability to color with provided colored pencils and coloring books to color stress away.
The handicraft of working with our hands is an old practice which provides relaxation, handmade gifts, increased focusing, project management and social interaction. For more information on needleworking, please visit https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Needlework.
Coloring provides many benefits for kids, teens and adults by improving motor skill function, hand-eye coordination, and offering socialization. For more information on the benefits, visit

- Color Me Calm – Each Thursday beginning November 4 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. Supplies are provided or customers may bring their own.
“The Goose Creek Library is excited to welcome back Knotty & Nice and Color Me Calm after a long wait. Both programs provide tension release, socialization and creativity. Join us Wednesdays and Thursdays!”
