Maya Introduces Sunday Brunch
Maya, downtown Charleston’s newest Mexican restaurant, will debut its brunch menu on Sunday, November 21st.Available every Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm, the menu will feature a rotating selection of Mexican-inspired brunch favorites. Standouts include:
- Huevos Rancheros
- Housemade tortillas with black beans, sunny side up eggs, salsa tatemada, crema, queso fresco, chives & avocado
- Chilaquiles Verdes
- Totopos in a salsa verde with crema, queso fresco, onion & cilantro, and a sunny side up egg
- Masa Waffle (right)
- Corn masa waffle, fresh berries, butter & syrup
- Breakfst Torta
- Fried eggs, queso, chorizo, avocado & morita mayo on a toasted brioche bun
Offerings will also feature a few familiar dishes from the restaurant’s dinner menu, including the Aguachile and Tostada de Atun, as well as a new menu of brunch cocktails from Bar Manager Matthew Van Xanten. Reservations for brunch are now available via Resy, though walk-ins are also welcome.
