The Longboard Sullivan’s Island Launches Weekend Brunch on December 4th

Executive Chef Will Fincher welcomes guests to try his take on island brunch fare that’s inspired by the restaurant’s roots in the US Virgin Islands. The Longboard’s new brunch menu includes sweet and savory options like a Breakfast Sandwich with seafood sausage, egg, avocado, jalapeno, and cream cheese; Steak & Eggs with fried potatoes, cheese, and aji verde; and a Rum Cake with whipped ricotta and apple butter.

The Longboard will also offer plenty of spirited and NA options, including “Monkey See, Monkey Brew” with whiskey, banana liqueur, cold brew, spiced honey, and lemon; “What’s Up Doc” with reposado tequila, cocchi americano, carrot juice, pineapple-turmeric-mint shrub, and herbsaint; and “You Have No Proof” with pineapple, lime, cucumber, mint, and soda.
