Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® Elects new First Vice President
Drew Grossklaus (right), William Means Real Estate Sales Director and Broker-in-Charge of the firm’s East Cooper office, has been elected to the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® (CTAR) Board of Directors as the First Vice President. Grossklaus was elected for the CTAR leadership position by the 2021 Nominating Committee and will serve as the First Vice President throughout 2022.
“It is an honor to have been selected by the Nominating Committee,” Grossklaus said. “I look forward to continuing to serve CTAR as they truly do so much for Charleston Realtors.”
Drawing on more than 20 years of real estate and development sales, Grossklaus brings a wealth of strategic sales and marketing talent as Sales Director at William Means. For more than 12 years, he has been instrumental in providing strategy and guidance to William Means team. He has led the firm to record growth and managed $400 million in company-wide sales so far this year – the best in the firm’s 88-year history.
Prior to becoming First Vice President, Grossklaus served as Treasurer on CTAR Board of Directors in 2021 and as Director from 2017-2019. He also serves on the South Carolina Realtors (SCR) Board of Directors.
