House Democrats Leader Todd Rutherford Endorses ReZsaun Lewis for South Carolina House

Minority Leader Todd Rutherford (D-Richland) is endorsing ReZsaun Lewis (right) for South Carolina House District 97.

“ReZsaun Lewis is the type of leader we need in Columbia,” Rutherford said. “As a former teacher, he’s experienced firsthand the shortcomings of our state’s education system and he will work tirelessly to fix it. He has the energy and passion for public service that will benefit people in his community and our entire state in the General Assembly.”

The special election for House District 97 will take place on May 17th. The district contains parts of Dorchester and Colleton Counties.
