All CCPL Branches and Offices to Open at 11 am on Monday, January 24th

Due to potential unsafe driving conditions, Charleston County Public Library (CCPL) will be opening all library branches and offices at 11 am on Monday, January 24th. All book drops/material returns will remain open during this time.
