Kiki & Rye Unveils New Kitchen Leadership Team Along with a New All-Day Food Menu

Free Reign Restaurants Group on Friday announced a new kitchen leadership team for their Lowcountry-based restaurant, Kiki & Rye, as well as a new, all-day food menu to replace their previously separated lunch and dinner menus.

Dominique Hase, who was serving as Sous Chef at their sister restaurant Community Table, has been named Executive Chef at Kiki & Rye. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Chef Hase brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the coastal inspired, wood-fired concept in Belle Hall. New York City native Renzo Young was also promoted to Sous Chef to complete the back-of-house leadership team. Young has been a strong presence in the kitchen at Kiki & Rye since their opening in July of 2020.

Along with the leadership change, Kiki & Rye has announced a concept shift as they unveiled a new, all-day food menu featuring menu items that they say is more fitting to casual dining. Chef Hase brings a touch of her South American roots paired with southern, coastal inspiration to create the new menu being served from open to close, six days a week.

The restaurant has also tweaked their business hours to be open Tuesday-Saturdays, all the way through from 11 am to 9 pm instead of closing between shifts, and Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm. A separate brunch menu will be served on Sundays in addition to the all-day menu.
