HERD Provisions is Paying it Forward This Week
He teamed up with Executive Chef Jeanne Oleksiak and Bar Manager Jules Schneider to create two new menu items. A portion of the sales from these new menu items will go directly towards Pay It Forward’s efforts. The new items are:
- Local Strawberry Salad (below)
- Pickled Asian pear, kalettes, croutons, herbs, flowers & white balsamic vinaigrette.
- ‘True Romance’ Cocktail (above right)
- Bombay Sapphire, strawberry Moscato syrup, Giffard pamplemousse & lemon juice.
These new items will be available throughout the week of February 7th to 13th. HERD Provisions is located at 106 Grove Street.
