Local Businesses Partner for “March Muttness” Charity Bracket

Park Pets, a local North Charleston pet store located in the heart of Park Circle, Jenni Lauren Photography, a local Charleston photography company, along with Magz Wagz Dog Walking announced the second annual March Muttness campaign which will run through the month of March. 

The campaign will operate similar to the basketball-themed March Madness with brackets comprised of up to twelve local dogs. Each week, voters will choose their favorite dogs, narrowing the competition down to four, then two, then finally a single winner. Each contestant will receive a small entry gift, and each subsequent bracket will win larger prizes each round. The entry fee is $99, of which proceeds will go to Libby and Mace’s Place, a 501c3 rescue finding homes for dogs and cats of all ages and breeds in Charleston. All of their dogs are in private foster homes.
