Pink Cactus to Celebrate 3rd Anniversary with $5 Margaritas

Published

on

Pink Cactus, a local woman-owned restaurant, will celebrate its 3-year anniversary on Tuesday, March 8th, which coincidentally is International Women’s Day. Chef/Owner Brooke Warden will be serving $5 margaritas all day in honor of the occasion.

In other Pink Cactus news, Burrito Night is now every Wednesday from 3 pm to 9:30 pm. For $10, diners can enjoy beans, rice, chihuahua cheese, árbol rojo, and poblano rojas, stuffed into a flour tortilla and coated in a seared crust of melted cheese. Each burrito (right) is served with generous helpings of salsa, sour cream, and guacamole, with the choice to add protein (chicken, steak, carnitas, chorizo, or carne asada) for an additional $5.

Pink Cactus is located at 100 A Spring Street.
