Post House to Host Collaborative Dinner with Celebrated Cookbook Author, Carla Lalli Music on April 20th

On Wednesday, April 20th, Post House will welcome American chef, cookbook author, and YouTube personality, Carla Lalli Music, to their coastal tavern for a dinner in celebration of her new cookbook, That Sounds So Good, on Wednesday, April 20th.  

The evening showcases a collection of recipes featured in Music’s latest best-seller, which launched in October of 2021. The Post House kitchen team collaborated with the James Beard Award winner to create a menu inspired by the book, highlighting local, springtime ingredients. Music, the former food director at Bon Appétit, will be in attendance to share stories, greet guests, and personalize books. The menu features:  

FIRST COURSE 

Brothy Basil Beans with Carole’s Fried Bread 

SECOND COURSE 

Steamed Lemongrass Mussels 

MAIN 

Cumin-Fennel Lamb Shoulder with Whipped Aioli and Salsa Very Verde 

Fried Farro with Asparagus and Shallots 

DESSERT 

Lemon Polenta Sheet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting 

Tickets for the prix fixe menu are $85 per person and includes a copy of That Sounds So Good; cocktails, beer, and wine will be served a la carte. Reservations should be made on Resy.
