The Katie’s Krops Outdoor Classroom opened in March of 2021, on the campus of their flagship garden, as a way for children to learn in a safe and beautiful outdoor setting, using the garden as a learning tool.

The first year of classes in the outdoor classroom included yoga, science classes, cooking with the harvest from the garden, story-time, arts and crafts, creating worm-composter and fairy gardens, along with visits from the Summerville Police Department and local weatherman.

In celebration of their first year, Katie’s Krops is launching a punch-card program that allows holders first access to their exciting upcoming classes for year two. Twenty-five punch cards will be available and include first access to class signs up, admission to twelve classes and an eco-friendly notebook and pen to take notes during classes. In addition, when a child attends twelve classes and completes their punch card they will receive a surprise. Cards can be purchased by reaching out to erin@KatiesKrops.com. Punch-cards will cost $80, are available starting March 21st, and are first-come, first-serve due to the limited quantity.
