Mex 1 Serving Up Fish Tacos For a Cause
Mex 1 announced they will be donating $1 from every Thunderbomb Taco (right) sold to the Warrior Surf Foundation, a organization that addresses post-service transition challenges such as PTSD, moral injury, survivor’s guilt, and TBI through surf therapy, yoga, wellness sessions, and community.
The Thunderbomb Taco consists of lightly fried seasonal fish in a Baja batter with shredded red cabbage, housemade guacamole sauce, and fresh pineapple salsa.
