The Charleston Place to Host Community Easter Celebration
The Charleston Place, along with the City of Charleston, on Easter Sunday will host the community’s first-ever Easter Eggstravaganza, spanning an entire city block. Charleston Mayor John Tecklenburg will lead the celebration, which starts at noon on Sunday, April 17th.
Everyone is welcome to join in the festivities, which will include:
- Two hunts for children ages 6-12 and ages 5 and under
- Meet & greets with the Easter Bunny
- A live bunny pop-up in conjunction with local farm Grow with the Flow Homestead
- Food and beverage offerings from The Charleston Place as well as local favorites Millers All Day, The Girl Next Dough, and The Muffin Drop
- Florals and greenery from SYG Designs
- Live music
The city will be closing Market Street between King and Meeting Streets for the celebration.
This event is free to the public, however, advance reservations are required via The Charleston Place website.
