Maya Launches Happy Hour Menu

Downtown restaurant Maya is launching happy hour service on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 pm to 7 pm. The offerings include food specials and $8 margaritas. 

• Salsa Mesa ($5)
  • Served with totopos
• Aguachile ($12)
  • Poached shrimp, cucumber, radish serrana chile, sea beans, in a spicy melon agua fresca
• Snapper Crudo ($12, pictured)
  • Strawberry Jamaica shrub, radish, serrano chile, seabeans
• Chiles Toreados ($6)
  • Blistered shishito peppers, soy lime, and sea salt
• Carnitas de Pollo Taco ($8)
  • Confit chicken, salsa verde, escabeche, chicharron
• Al Pastor Taco ($8)
  • Spit roasted pork in adobo, salsa verde, salsa roja, pineapple, onion, and cilantro
• Enchiladas ($15)
  • Potato and cheese stuffed enchiladas, guajillo salsa, sliced avocado, crème, pepitas, onion, and watercress

• Stone Buenaveza ($5)
• House Margarita ($8)
