McConnell Real Estate Partners Celebrate One Year Anniversary on April 30th
Isle of Palms-based boutique real estate agency McConnell Real Estate Partners is celebrating their one year anniversary on April 30th, 2022. Co-owners Jen and Josh McConnell grew up in the same small town of Ashland, Ohio, but didn’t meet until they both relocated to Charleston after college.
Jen is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and ranked as a Realtor of Distinction in the top 2% of agents in Charleston. Josh is a former CPA, whose background is in finance and real estate investment. The company says they saw 113% growth in 2021 and was nominated for Best Realty Company in the Charleston City Paper’s Best of Charleston Awards.
Jen and Josh utilize their agency for more than just home buying and selling. They founded The McConnell Foundation in 2021 and will have their first fundraising gala on June 18th at Harborside East in Mount Pleasant. Additionally, a portion of every commission at their agency goes towards pediatric cancer research (with $50k donated in 2021), something close to their hearts after their son, Bodhi, survived a Stage 3 Neuroblastoma diagnosis when he was just five months old.

“Our goal is to hit $70 million in volume and donate $100,000 to MUSC in 2022,” Josh said. “We couldn’t be more humbled and excited to see our initial level of growth. This brokerage was founded on the idea that this was the best way we could benefit the community, through both service and philanthropy as a byproduct of that service. We are so grateful to our clients, partners, vendors and the community for the overwhelming level of support they’ve shown us out of the gate.”
The McConnell’s will be hosting their one year anniversary party on April 30th from 1 pm to 4 pm at 1100 Palm Boulevard on Isle of Palms. There will be a food truck, Booze Pops and more.
