BCLS Hosts Learning About Food Preservation Demonstration

Berkeley County Library System will host Learning About Food Preservation Demonstration with Gayle Williford of Clemson University Berkeley County Cooperative Extension at Moncks Corner Library, Saturday, May 21st from 11 am to 12:30 pm and will cover the following:
  • Preservation
  • Canning
  • Drying
  • Food demos
  • Displays
Following the presentation, will be a Q & A for questions about vegetables, fruit and other foods.
