9th Annual Wine Women & Shoes Fundraiser Scheduled for October

Florence Crittenton Programs of SC’s 9th Annual Wine Women & Shoes fundraiser will be held at Festival Hall on Thursday, October 20th, 2022 from 6 pm to 9:30 pm. The event raises funds for Florence Crittenton Programs of SC, which is the only licensed maternity group home in the state. 

Wine Women & Shoes includes wine tastings, live and silent auctions, local boutique shopping, and a fashion show. The funds raised at the event allow Florence Crittenton to continue the work it has been doing for some of South Carolina’s most vulnerable residents for over 125 years.

In 2021, Florence Crittenton provided over 5,000 safe nights to young women and their children while giving them the skills needed to provide for themselves long term. The organization has been in the Charleston community since 1897. You can learn more at florencecrittentonsc.org.
