Charleston Trident Association of Realtors Recommend Karen Hollings for Charleston County Register of Deeds
The Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR) has given their recommendation to Karen Hollings in the race for Charleston County Register of Deeds. Hollings is the only candidate in the race to receive a recommendation from CTAR.
“It’s an honor to be recommended by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors for this position,” Hollings said. “The current situation within the register of deeds office is not working. With 16 years of experience in the office and over 20 years of public service, I will fix the delay and get the register of deeds office back on track.”
The Register of Deeds Office records land titles and other documents related to property transactions. The Register of Deeds must assure that all recorded documents comply with the requirements of federal and state recording statutes and are available for public review.
Hollings is the only candidate in the race to be recommended by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors.
