Mex 1 Celebrates National Piña Colada Day with “The Miami Vice”
In celebration of National Piña Colada Day (July 10th, 2022), the team at Mex 1 Coastal Cantina is adding their favorite variation of the frozen cocktail – The Miami Vice – to the menu for a limited time.
Mex 1’s housemade piña colada is mixed with fresh strawberry puree to create the frozen libation (right). All three Mex 1 locations will be slinging up these cocktails starting next Wednesday (6/15) through July.
