This Fourth of July, you can let Ms. Rose’s Fine Food & Cocktails do all the cooking so you can enjoy the holiday with your family and friends. The team at Ms. Rose’s has put together a BBQ package and a la carte options, which you can order now.This “Full BBQ Feast” feeds 6-8 people for $150 and includes:
- Choice of 2 meats from their smoker:
- Brisket (1 pound)
- Pulled Pork (1.5 pounds)
- St. Louis Style Ribs (full rack)
- Jumbo Chicken Wings (1 dozen)
- Plus:
- Collard Greens (1 quart)
- Baked Macaroni and Cheese (1 quart)
- Coleslaw (1 quart)
- Cornbread and Butter (8 pieces)
- Carolina Gold BBQ
- Sweet and Smoky BBQ
- Red, White, and Blue Marble Cake
4th of July a la carte options:
- Brisket $32/pound
- Pulled Pork $22/pound
- St. Louis Style Ribs $32/full rack
- Chicken Wings $28/dozen
- Collard Greens $10/pint
- Mac and Cheese $10/pint
- Coleslaw $10/pint
- Cornbread $10/4 pieces
- Red, White, and Blue Marble Cake $25
