Buxton Books Presents: Robert F. Moss & 200 Years of Charleston Fine Dining

On Tuesday, June 28th, Buxton Books will host a free event with Robert F. Moss, the contributing barbecue editor for Southern Living and the restaurant critic for the Post & Courier. He has also written multiple books about the history of food and beverages here in the South – including his newest The Lost Southern Chefs.

Moss will at the downtown book store to give a crash course on the history of Charleston fine dining. Buxton will have wine, beer, and some small snacks for attendees to enjoy during the event.
