New Muse Concerts to Present “Sea to Shining Sea: Two Composers Envision America”
New Muse Concerts today announced “Sea to Shining Sea: Two Composers Envision America,” its upcoming program in collaboration with the Gibbes Museum of Art and the Charleston County Public Library.
The performances will feature Lydia Chernicoff and Jessica Tong on violins, Dan Urbanowicz on viola, and Danielle Cho on cello. They will perform Jennifer Higdon’s Southern Harmony and Antonín Dvořák’s String Quartet in F major, Op. 96 “American,” music chosen to accompany the current Gibbes Museum exhibition, Charleston Collects: William Eggleston Photography.
