Fetter Expands Health Care Services to Bridgeview Village Residents in Partnership with Standard Communities
Fetter Health Care Network (Fetter) announced its partnership with Standard Communities (Standard) to serve Bridgeview Village residents as its latest expansion of health care services within the Charleston community. Fetter will begin offering a variety of health care services at Bridgeview Village (108 N. Romney Street, Charleston, SC 29403) on the second Monday of every month from 9 am to 2 pm. This partnership began on Monday, June 13th, 2022.
Walk-in and scheduled visits are available to all community members for a variety of services, including adult and pediatric primary care, women’s health, behavioral health, case management, laboratory, immunizations and specialty referrals. Residents can also qualify for Fetter’s Sliding Fee Discount Program. Individuals are encouraged to bring their photo ID, insurance card (if available, not required), proof of income, and household size.
