Stevie Nicks to Perform at Credit One Stadium with Vanessa Carlton

Legendary singer, songwriter, and producer Stevie Nicks today announced that she will perform at Daniel Island’s Credit One Stadium on Wednesday, October 19th at 8 pm. She’ll be joined by special guest Vanessa Carlton. Tickets go on sale this Friday, July 29th at 10 am.

Nicks is best known for her work as a solo artist and with the band Fleetwood Mac, one of the best-selling music acts of all time with over 120 million records sold worldwide. Rumours, the band’s second album with Nicks, became one of the best-selling albums of all time, being certified 20x platinum in the United States.

In 1981, Nicks released her first solo album, Bella Donna, which topped the Billboard 200 and has reached multiplatinum status. She has released eight solo albums and seven albums with Fleetwood Mac, selling a certified total of 65 million copies in the US alone.

Her other accolades include being named one of the 100 Greatest Songwriters of All Time and one of the 100 Greatest Singers of All Time by Rolling Stone. She is the first woman to have been inducted twice into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame: first as a member of Fleetwood Mac in 1998 and then as a solo artist in 2019. She has also earned eight Grammy Award nominations and two American Music Award nominations as a solo artist. She has won numerous awards with Fleetwood Mac, including a Grammy Award for Album of the Year in 1978 for Rumours.

Carlton is a singer, songwriter, and pianist that is best known for the hit single “A Thousand Miles,” (video below) which reached the top five on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2002. Her debut album, Be Not Nobody, received a platinum certification in the US.
