Jeni’s Announces the Return of Wedding Cake Ice Cream

Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams announced it will bring back one of its most popular flavors – Wedding Cake – for a limited time. Wedding Cake is available in all of Jeni’s scoop shops for Splendid Rewards members beginning on August 8th. The flavor will be widely available online and in scoop shops for everyone starting on August 11th.

Wedding Cake is spongy (gluten-free) vanilla cake with lemon, blackberries, and buttercream icing. It features two sauces—a bright lemon curd and Jeni’s brambleberry sauce. The pint also features an excerpt from a speech Jeni gave at a friend’s wedding she officiated.

Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is located at 501-A King Street in downtown Charleston.
