Three Sirens Announces New Brunch Service Starting August 7th
Three Sirens, Park Circle’s newest seafood-centric restaurant, today announced the launch of Sunday brunch service beginning on August 7th. Offered every Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm, the new menu from executive chef Paul Farmer features a combination of breakfast favorites and healthy items to start your day.
“We are excited to bring a new Sunday brunch option to the Park Circle neighborhood,” said Matt Tunstall, co-owner of Three Sirens. “Similar to our dinner menu, brunch will include an elevated offering of menu items featuring locally sourced ingredients, as well as seasonal cocktails and thoughtfully selected wines.”
Highlights from the new menu include short rib hash with tequila bell peppers, “burnt onion” sauce, and topped with a sunny side up egg; the chicken fried grouper sandwich with Bibb lettuce, dill ranch, and pickled Fresno chili served on a Hawaiian bun alongside bay chips; and avocado toast with lemon, candied kumquat, radishes, and chervil.
Classic brunch cocktails such as Bloody Mary’s will be available in addition to a full cocktail, wine and beer menu.
Reservations for brunch are encouraged and are available on RESY. Walk-ins are also accepted based on availability. For more information, visit www.threesirenschs.com.
The restaurant is located at 1067 East Montague Avenue in North Charleston.
