Toast Under the Oaks in September at Johns Island County Park
Charleston County Parks is excited to offer Toast under the Oaks at Johns Island County Park in September! The event will return on two Thursdays – September 1st and September 15th. Both events run from 5 pm to 7 pm.
Featuring live music, food and beverages, the happy hour series is held beneath the sweeping live oak trees at this scenic park on Johns Island. Guests will enjoy wine, beer and live music, all included with admission. Each event will also feature two food trucks selling fare on site.
On September 1st, enjoy live music from Gracie Trice, and food from Kees Kitchen and Mac Daddy.
On September 15th, Noah Grove will perform, and the food trucks on site will be True Lowcountry and Xperience Kulture.
Admission to each Toast Under the Oaks event is $20 per person in advance and $25 the day of the event, and includes beer and wine. Food truck fare is a separate fee. Registration is available for ages 21 and up until 11:59 p.m. the day prior to the event. To register, visit CharlestonCountyParks.com or call 843-795-4386. Ages 20 and under are welcome with a paid chaperone. Valid ID must be presented for alcohol.
Outside alcohol is prohibited. Outside food is welcome. Dogs are welcome, but must remain leashed if not within the off-leash dog park. Guests are encouraged to bring their own tables, blankets and chairs. Restrooms are available on site.
Johns Island County Park is located at 2662 Mullet Hall Road, just off River Road. The park is owned and operated by the Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission and features miles of scenic trails for pedestrian and equestrian use, as well as an archery range and off-leash dog park.
