Respite Care Charleston’s 18th Annual MORE.GOOD.DAYS. Golf Tournament will be held Monday, October 3rd, 2022 at the Seabrook Island Club’s Ocean Winds Golf Course. Proceeds from the event will help the 501(c)3 nonprofit provide support and services to those living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

There is a 12:30 pm shotgun start, but registration starts at 10 am. There is also a 10:30 am Putting Contest and a Captain’s Choice Format. The tournament entry is $250 per player and includes greens fees, cart, Bloody Mary bar, lunch, beverage cart, and awards celebration. Ocean Winds is a 6,802-yard, par 72 course that was designed by Willard Byrd and recently renovated by Rees Jones.

Respite Care Charleston provides support groups, half-day adult care for those with dementia (respite) and community education and outreach. James Island programs are hosted at Martin Luther Church and include half-day respite on Fridays and facilitated support groups seven times per month.
