August’s Creative Mornings Event will Feature Bestselling Author Stacy Willingham
This month’s Creative Mornings Charleston event will be held on Friday, August 19th at the Charleston Library Society (164 King St). The event begins at 8 am. This month’s theme is “Critical” with speaker Stacy Willingham, New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of A Flicker in the Dark. The event will also host local artist Anna Chen, who will be creating a watercolor collage piece live throughout the morning, and a short performance from local singer/songwriter Meredith Foster.
Coffee and bites from Counter Culture and Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit will be provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own mugs.
