Indaco to Host Fall Equinox Wine Dinner on September 21st

Downtown restaurant Indaco will host their next seasonal wine dinner this month. The Italian eatery on King Street will host its Fall Equinox wine dinner on Wednesday, September 21st at 6 pm. 

Guests can enjoy a four-course, family-style menu celebrating the start of the fall season alongside wine pairings from Sicily’s Cottanera Winery selected by David DuBou of Indigenous Selections. The fall-inspired dishes include Agnolotti with Butternut Squash, Brown Butter, Sage, Pistachio, and Parmesan and Short Rib with Sweet Potato, Turnips, Baby Kale, Lemon Gremolata, and Beef Jus.
