Indaco to Host Fall Equinox Wine Dinner on September 21st

Guests can enjoy a four-course, family-style menu celebrating the start of the fall season alongside wine pairings from Sicily’s Cottanera Winery selected by David DuBou of Indigenous Selections. The fall-inspired dishes include Agnolotti with Butternut Squash, Brown Butter, Sage, Pistachio, and Parmesan and Short Rib with Sweet Potato, Turnips, Baby Kale, Lemon Gremolata, and Beef Jus.
